RETURN POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If tracked packages say they have been delivered the responsibility lies with the customer to contact the post office. Returns will be accepted if the item is defective in some way, or if we sent the wrong item. If items are returned they must be in new, clean, original condition, accompanied with the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. All of our items are hand packaged with care to ensure that they will arrive undamaged.
